Refund and Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work.
Returns within 30 days
You may return an unused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email abdulrehmaniqbaldoultana@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions.
Damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is checked, we will refund the item price to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.
Items that cannot be returned
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned. Items that have been used, opened in a way that prevents resale, or returned without original packaging may be refused or refunded only in part.
Exchanges
For a different size or variant, please return the original item and place a new order. This is faster than an exchange shipment.
